Ayesa Digital, one of the 28 best companies to work for in Spain
Actualidad Económica’s ranking also places the global IT services firm among the top 100 companies Spanish professionals would most like to work for.
Ayesa Digital is one of just 28 companies to feature in both this ranking, published by Unidad Editorial, and Forbes’ list in 2026.
Ayesa Digital continues to establish itself as one of the companies Spanish professionals most want to work for. After once again being included in Forbes’ annual ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, the company has now also been featured in the equivalent ranking recently published by Actualidad Económica. Only 28 companies operating in Spain have appeared in both of the two leading studies in the field of Human Resources in 2026.
Actualidad Económica has highlighted Ayesa Digital’s ESG strategy, “which places people at the centre and is structured around a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Framework, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the principles of the UN Global Compact and the EU Diversity Charter.” “This commitment is measured through the Your Voice employee survey, where employees’ perception of diversity receives a score of 4.2 out of 5, paving the way for a stronger commitment to an inclusive culture,” the report notes.
Javier Vicente, People Director at Ayesa Digital, said that being included in the ranking represents recognition “that connects with our very reason for being: people.” “It comes at a particularly special time,” the executive continued, “as we have been ranked number one in the IT Sourcing Services Customer Satisfaction Report in Spain, prepared by Whitelane Research and Eraneos. Because teams who enjoy their work are the ones who take the best care of their customers.”
For Javier Vicente, this achievement is no coincidence: “it is the result of the hard work, talent and commitment of every person who is part of Ayesa Digital. We continue to build a place where people can grow professionally, innovate and feel proud of what we do.”
Actualidad Económica’s ranking is based on a questionnaire curated by business school Advantere School of Management. The only requirements are that companies must have been operating in Spain for at least two years and have a global workforce of more than 100 employees.
The study assesses a range of criteria, including Recruitment and Onboarding, which examines procedures for filling vacancies and initiatives designed to facilitate the integration of new employees; Compensation and Benefits, which evaluates aspects such as the combination of fixed and variable pay, flexible or in-kind remuneration, and employee benefits, among other factors; and Workforce Planning, which considers workforce strategy and hiring needs.
It also assesses Development, including career development plans and employee performance reviews; Training, which considers both investment and the measures organisations implement to enhance employees’ skills; ESG, covering sustainability and volunteering initiatives; and Working Conditions, which evaluates aspects such as working hours and work-life balance.
The 28 companies appearing in both rankings are: Ayesa Digital, Aegon Seguros, AstraZeneca Spain Farmacéutica, CBRE, Celonis, Cigna Healthcare, Decathlon, Deloitte España, Endesa, EY (Ernst & Young) España, GMV, GSK España, HP, ISDIN, KPMG, LLYC, Mutua Madrileña, NTT DATA, PreZero Iberia, Prosegur, PwC, Reale Seguros, Sanitas, Schneider Electric Iberia, Serveo, Takeda Pharmaceutical Iberia, TK Elevator and Verisure España.
