Ayesa Digital recognised among 2026’s leading companies at the ‘Euskadi Sariak’ Awards

The award recognises the track record of a company that has been contributing to technological and social progress in the Basque Country for more than 50 years.

Ayesa Digital has received one of the ‘Euskadi Sariak’ awards presented annually by Deia to the Basque Country’s leading companies. The company’s CEO, Manuel Baraza, received the award from Ainara Basurko, Provincial Minister for Economic Promotion of Bizkaia.

During the ceremony, Baraza expressed his gratitude and pride at receiving the award, “because when a company’s track record is recognised, what is really being recognised are the people who continue to build it every day. Behind Ayesa Digital are several generations of professionals, clients who have placed their trust in us, and many people who have made important decisions to enable the company to continue growing and evolving.” For this reason, Baraza stressed that the award “fundamentally belongs to all of them.”

The CEO of Ayesa Digital explained that it is “particularly exciting” to see recognition not only for what the company is today, “but also for the journey we have taken to get here. We also see it as an incentive to remain ambitious about what we want to build in the years ahead.”

Manuel Baraza also highlighted “our ambition to continue building an increasingly relevant and international technology company, with higher-value capabilities for our clients, professionals and shareholders. We want to grow, of course, but to grow profitably and, above all, to grow in knowledge, talent and technological capabilities. And the Basque Country has a very important role to play in this project.”

In this regard, he concluded by recalling that “this is a region with an extraordinary industrial and technological culture, home to major companies, universities, technology centres and a highly dynamic innovation ecosystem. Ayesa Digital wants to play an active role in this transformation. We want to help Basque companies and public administrations become more digital, efficient and competitive.
