Ayesa Digital secures access to key strategic transformation projects across european institutional organizations

The company participates in European Commission Framework Contracts and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, with a combined potential procurement volume exceeding €2.5 billion.

Ayesa Digital has been successfully accredited under several European Commission Framework Contracts and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, marking a strategic milestone that consolidates its ability to compete within the European institutional ecosystem. This achievement opens a new phase of strong international growth and enables the company to participate in tenders with a total potential procurement volume exceeding €2.5 billion.

In recent months, the company has joined two framework contracts managed by the Directorate-General for Digital Services. The first, valued at €290.37 million, covers the provision of services including development, maintenance, migration, support, and operation of information systems across any environment—on-premises or in public, private, or hybrid cloud—and across all business domains. It also includes the analysis and design of both new and existing information systems, as well as their development, implementation, maintenance, and post-implementation support.

The second contract, valued at €243.3 million, encompasses areas such as legal and regulatory advisory for the digital era, assessment of standards and market best practices, forward-looking and strategic analysis, digital governance, artificial intelligence, data, implementation, and innovation.

Additionally, Ayesa Digital has entered into a multi-supplier framework contract with Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, for the provision of services related to the design, implementation, management, operation, and support of information systems. This includes key areas such as enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and ICT governance. The contract, valued at €186.5 million, positions Ayesa Digital at the technological core of one of the fastest-growing EU agencies in terms of budget, further strengthening its profile as a trusted partner for European institutions in complex and high-security digital projects.

Dynamic Purchasing Systems

Ayesa Digital has also formalized its participation in two of the main Dynamic Purchasing Systems within the European technology ecosystem. One, focused on the procurement of specialized ICT services, has an estimated value of €1.2 billion; the other, covering application development and maintenance services, is valued at €600 million and will enable the company to compete for projects linked to critical information systems at the European level.

These accreditations grant Ayesa Digital access to a potential market exceeding €2.5 billion in contracts and demonstrate its capability to compete in high-value tenders related to digital transformation, software development, and systems operations within EU institutions and agencies.
