Ayesa Digital collaborates on the implementation of a predictive analytics model to optimize care for dependent individuals in Andalusia

The solution will enable the anticipation of service demand, optimization of resources, and improved access through the use of advanced data and Artificial Intelligence models.

Ayesa Digital is collaborating with the Andalusian Agency for Social Services and Dependency in the implementation of a predictive analytics model aimed at improving the planning and management of care for individuals in situations of dependency. The project will provide the regional government with an advanced data analytics platform capable of anticipating needs, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing service delivery to citizens.

The initiative combines advanced big data and artificial intelligence techniques to transform available information into actionable insights for decision-making. Through this platform, the administration will be able to analyze large volumes of historical and sociodemographic data, as well as identify behavioral patterns, with the aim of forecasting the evolution of demand for services in the coming years.

Key objectives of the project include improving the efficiency of public resource management, reducing processing times for cases, and ensuring faster access to dependency-related services.

In addition, the model is designed to anticipate budgetary needs, detect situations of social risk—such as unwanted loneliness—and optimize the geographical distribution of facilities, service slots, and professionals.

The platform will incorporate various predictive models and dashboards to support public managers in analyzing population trends, forecasting growth in service demand, and simulating service planning scenarios.

It will also include tools to support professionals in streamlining and facilitating the preparation of the Individual Care Plan (PIA).

Furthermore, the project предусматривает the development of intelligent systems capable of early detection of anomalous situations and behaviors based on user profiles within the telecare service, through behavioral pattern analysis.

With this initiative, the Andalusian regional government is advancing the application of advanced analytics technologies to improve public service planning and ensure a more efficient and personalized response to the needs of the population.
