About Bellota
Bellota is a company belonging to the global group Venanpri, specializing in the design, manufacture, and commercialization of hand tools, as well as in the development and supply of spare parts and solutions for agricultural machinery.
With an international presence and more than 400 professionals in Spain, Bellota operates in demanding environments, particularly in production areas where the management of labor incidents has a direct impact on business processes.
Initial situation
In 2024, Bellota began an analysis process to evolve its payroll and personnel administration management model, driven by the need to replace its existing solution, scheduled for discontinuation in December 2025.
This context made it necessary to move toward a more integrated model that would improve payroll calculation reliability, reduce manual processes, and provide a more structured view of workforce information.

Go-live
The system went live in January after successfully completing the validation phases.
Since then, Bellota has been operating with an integrated model in which information generated in production is automatically transferred to the payroll system, enabling more agile and reliable process management.
Results achieved
The implementation has enabled Bellota to move toward a more efficient, data-driven management model:
Added value of the project
