Ayesa Digital plans to double its workforce in Castilla-La Mancha and exceed 400 professionals within two years
With more than 20 years in the region, the company is strengthening its presence to support public administrations and businesses in their digital transformation.
It is also reinforcing public-private collaboration and its partnerships with local universities and training centres to attract specialised talent.
Ayesa Digital, one of the top five IT companies in the Spanish market, plans to double its workforce over the next two years and exceed 400 professionals in Castilla-La Mancha, where it currently employs more than 200 people. After more than two decades delivering projects in the region, the technology services company will strengthen both its market position and human resources to help public administrations and businesses advance their digital transformation initiatives.
To train and attract this new specialised talent, Ayesa Digital will intensify its commitment to public-private collaboration and direct partnerships with local universities and training centres, which have received strong backing from the regional government. The aim is to create a sustainable pipeline of qualified professionals for future recruitment.
Since delivering its first education management systems implementation service in 2004 — what is now known as EducamosCLM — Ayesa Digital has developed a wide range of projects across the region. Today, the company continues to support the evolution of educational management systems while also driving digital transformation in other public administrations, including the Provincial Council of Toledo, with the goal of modernising administrative management and expanding digital public services.
The company also collaborates with the Government of Castilla-La Mancha in maintaining the administrative procedures platform known as César, as well as providing operation, monitoring and management services for the regional government’s information systems and communications networks. This service delivers 24/7 support for the entire technical and communications infrastructure of the regional administration’s information systems.
In addition, Ayesa Digital maintains the Human Resources systems for the education sector and the information system used for administrative procedures related to gaming regulation in the region. In the private sector, it has delivered projects for wine-producing companies and businesses in the food industry, among others.
The IT services firm aims to remain the trusted technology partner for public administrations and businesses, helping them address future challenges and strategic projects. In this regard, its commitment to the region is built on technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity and the digital transformation of public services, together with initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the wider business ecosystem — all with the objective of strengthening Castilla-La Mancha’s technology sector and modernising its public administration.
Ayesa Digital brings more than 35 years of experience developing management systems for public administrations across all Spanish autonomous communities, as well as for the national government and local administrations. This expertise enables the company to adapt systems quickly to regulatory changes and support high-quality citizen services across all channels.
