What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

Lead the design of the ServiceNow platform architecture, defining standards for design, development, quality, and testing.

Design and communicate end-to-end platform architecture, including interoperability and integrations with other systems (web services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).

Translate business, user and technical requirements into scalable and efficient architectural solutions.

Map business goals, project priorities and system capabilities into aligned ServiceNow solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, SOPs, user manuals and knowledge base content.

Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and continuously optimize platform performance, security and quality.

Analyse business needs by gathering and assessing requirements from internal stakeholders and translating them into optimal technical solutions.

Present architectural proposals and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Support project management activities related to ServiceNow initiatives, overseeing implementations and coordinating with architects and developers.

Drive continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, providing recommendations and supporting development, risk management, disaster recovery, and security initiatives.

Monitor and interpret system metrics to ensure optimal platform performance and reliability.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Minimum Level 4 education with at least 8 years of relevant IT experience and 3 years in a similar role.

C1 level of English proficiency.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (or equivalent).

Strong hands-on experience in designing, administering, and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions.

Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow product portfolio and IT Service Management principles.

Proven experience using system modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or similar.

Experience in preparing technical documentation and architecture design documents.

Solid understanding of system integrations and key technologies (Web Services, REST APIs, SSO, LDAP,etc.).

Strong understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.

Knowledge of IT security standards and best practices.

High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a proactive and supportive attitude.

Ability to work in high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.

Forward-thinking approach with high motivation, initiative, and a holistic vision.
