What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Minimum Level 6 education. (CS Degree or similar)

English language proficiency at CEFR level B2 or higher.

At least 8 years of relevant IT professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

At least one internationally recognized certification, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent)

Strong expertise in modern endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Entra ID.

Excellent knowledge of Windows client operating systems, end-user infrastructure, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Privilege Management, and IT security standards.

Solid PowerShell scripting skills and a strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and workstation monitoring.

Experience with ITIL-based processes, ticketing systems, and change, configuration, and release management.

Knowledge of 2Pint software, Patch My PC, and tiered infrastructure models.

Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and good communication abilities.
