What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Bachelor's degree (Level 7) or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT and cybersecurity environments.

Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT security projects.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Proven experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives within highly regulated or classified environments.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, attack vectors, incident management, risk management, Defence-in-Depth, and Zero-Trust architectures.

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.

Solid understanding of legal, regulatory, compliance, and ethical aspects of cybersecurity.

Broad experience designing, implementing, or overseeing IT security solutions across their full lifecycle.

Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, and ServiceNow.

Experience managing cybersecurity-related programmes, portfolios, budgets, vendors, and procurement activities.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

Required Certifications (minimum 4):

At least 2 Cybersecurity Certifications:

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent

CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent

CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent

ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security certification or equivalent

At least 2 Project & IT Service Management Certifications:

PM2 Advanced or equivalent

PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent

ITIL Foundation or equivalent
